I N G R I D I E N T S
250 g plain flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ Teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
175 g castor sugar
¾ cup + ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
250 ml milk
1/3 cup + 2 teaspoons butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

D I R E C T I O N S
Pre-Heat Oven at 180 Degrees |
Add plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and ¾ cup dark chocolate chip in to a bowl. Now add the liquid/wet ingredients in to this bowl and mix. Spoon in to the muffin cases/molds. Sprinkle the remaining dark chocolate chips on the top of this batter. Bake for 20 mins or till the muffins are dark, risen and springy.
