Will my Gulmohar Lane order be delayed due to Covid-19/Coronavirus Pandemic?
Yes, this may delay your currently placed order with Gulmohar Lane.
At Gulmohar Lane we have taken necessary steps to ensure the well-being of our staff and artisans. To ensure the same our offices and factories were closed from 21st March, 2020 to 03rd May, 2020. This m result in order delays since the production and logistics have been severely impacted across the nation.
When will I receive my order?
All our products are handmade and as working schedules are deeply affected due to this unprecedented situation, this may lead to delays in scheduled deliveries including the Ready to Ship items. Where, some of our departments continue to work from home considering the safety issue, we have partly resumed our operations starting 04th May, 2020 with reduced capacity as per the MHA, Government of India and The Rajasthan Government guidelines for Lockdown 3.0. As Jaipur (where most of our operations are located) falls under the Red Zone, there are several restrictions still in place to contain the Covid-19 pandemic. While our aim is to fulfil all the orders in hand as soon as possible, due to the reduced capacity as per the government guidelines, we will be doing the same on First Come First Serve or First In First Out (FIFO) basis. We thank all our customers who have trusted us and supported us in these unpredictable and difficult times and for patiently waiting for their orders to be fulfilled.

Are you accepting orders online while your offices are closed?
Yes, you may continue to shop online and place your order with us, however, we may not be able to commit to a delivery at the moment. You can place your orders on the website. However, they will be processed and taken in production on First Come First Serve or First In First Out (FIFO) basis.

I am not able to order swatches on your product page?
We are not able to process the orders for swatches as our offices are closed for any dispatches. As soon as we resume our operations, the orders for swatches will be accepted.
Can I place an order during this time?
Yes, we are accepting orders during the lockdown and will be glad to line-up your order on First Come First Serve or First In First Out (FIFO) basis.
