Operational Update

Over the last few weeks, the world as we know, has evolved. 'We Care' is our commitment to assure you that we follow the new norms of safety. As per the latest Lockdown 4.0 guidelines by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and Rajasthan Government, our factories are operational with some reduced workforce. Where, some of our departments continue to work from home considering the safety issue, we have resumed our operations starting 04th May, 2020. 

As far as the delivery time is concerned, our aim will be to follow our usual timelines. For all the furniture products apart from Beds and Sectional Sofas, we deliver the same within 45 days from the Order Confirmation Date (Order Payment Date). For the Beds and Sectional Sofas we deliver the Orders within 60 Days from the Order Confirmation Date (Order Payment Date). There are a number of Ready To Ship products like rattan armchairs, decor items, cushions, swatches, lighting etc. which are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. However, as we live in unprecedented situation, the authorities are releasing new updated guidelines frequently. There may be  circumstances, where the orders may get delayed due to zone restrictions and any further lockdown restrictions in the delivery cities. Our teams are working hard to keep our customers informed about the status of their orders and to ensure seamless shopping experience.


Will my Gulmohar Lane order be delayed due to Covid-19/Coronavirus Pandemic?

Yes, this may slightly delay your currently placed order with Gulmohar Lane. We all know that we have to move on and face the virus situation, we have resumed our operations. At Gulmohar Lane we have taken necessary steps to ensure the well-being of our staff and artisans. To ensure the same our offices and factories were closed from 21st March, 2020 to 03rd May, 2020.  This may result in order delays since the production and logistics have been severely impacted across the nation.

Are you accepting orders online while your offices are closed?

Yes, you may continue to shop online and place your order with us. You can place your orders on the website.

A lot of our customers are utilising these times of social distancing to plan and decide the products and décor items they would like to order from Gulmohar Lane. Can I place an order during this time?

Yes, we are accepting orders during the lockdown and will be glad to line-up your order on First Come First Serve or First In First Out (FIFO) basis.


How do you ensure safety?

We are following a number of precautions to ensure safety of our workforce and to make sure that the products are sanitised and quarantined before they are dispatched to the clients.
