CRM’s need to have a clear focus on building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. As an CRM, you will essentially help clients utilise their living spaces by arranging furniture, lighting, home accessories and other products available on Gulmohar Lane website and recommend with a view to increase sales. You would also manage client visits to the factory showroom, offer interior consultancy in order to facilitate sales both on helplines as well as during showroom visits.

Responsible for day to day purchase ,sales, bank and cash transactions and needs to file GST returns within the due date , must have the experience of at least 2 years with these skills and must have strong computer knowledge especially TALLY Knowledge and keyboard skills.
