• For initial weeks, slight shedding of material fiber may be observed. This is normal, and will reduce with time & usage.

• Vacuum regularly in one direction, where the pile is lying down.or use a soft brush to clean. Avoid using a beater brush on rugs.
• Please do not soak the rug in any liquid.
• Do not pull loose ends if any. Trim with scissors.
• If spills occur, blot immediately. Do not rub the stain.
• Rotate occasionally to equalise wear.
• Use protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening and piling.
• If thread comes out do not pull the yarn, trim with a scissor.
• Periodic professional cleaning recommended.
• Professional cleaning is recommended over time to ensure the rugs are as good as new. In case of spills, gently rub the stained area with soaked cloth.
• Do not apply cleaning agents without consultation.
• Please keep away from sharp objects, hot surfaces, open fire places and excess moisture.
• Colors may fade slightly when placed in areas of direct sunlight. In this case, it is advisable to periodically rotate your rug to ensure this process is even.
• Make sure the rug is clean and dry. Store in a ventilated, dry area. Roll with front side in-wards.
